About Us

American Wills & Estates is a law firm with a practice limited to the preparation of estate planning documents and the administration of decedents' estates. We have four offices conveniently located throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Our attorneys have over 75 years of combined legal experience in estate planning and in assisting clients through the often difficult process of administering a loved one's estate. We are very sensitive to the fact that many of our clients are still going through the grieving process when they first contact our firm and we strive to make their experience with us as pleasant and unstressful as possible.

There is never a fee to our clients for an initial consultation with one of our attorneys and we are happy to answer any questions which you may have concerning Wills, Power of Attorneys, Living Wills or Trusts.
